The Zone Pilates System divides your body into 3 target areas:
Zone 1 - Arms & Shoulders
Zone 1 focuses on toning your upper body. If you want firm arms and shapely shoulders, use the Zone Pilates sculptor to develop strength without adding bulk.
Zone 2 - Flat Abs
Zone 2 is designed to tighten your abs and get rid of the flab. Strengthen your core, or Power House muscles, by working from the deepest level.
Zone 3 - Thighs & Buns
Zone 3 will give you the long, lean, sleek thighs and firm buns you've always wanted.
